How a Zerago team works
Every job is staffed by a small team with clear jobs, so nothing depends on memory or luck.
Cleaners
Trained on the checklist for each service and equipped with the kit and products the job needs. Cleaners work through the property room by room.
Supervisor cleaners
Every job has at least one supervisor. The supervisor leads the team on site, ticks off the checklist, takes the before and after photos, completes the six-point Zerago Clean Standard audit and is the only person who can mark the job complete.
Quality inspectors
Every job is inspected. The inspector reviews the checklist, the photos and any issues, then either signs the job off or sends the team back to put it right — at no cost to the customer. A signed inspection cannot be changed afterwards.
Operations and your named contact
Our office team plans the schedule, assigns the right people to each job and stays in touch with you. Letting agents, landlords and businesses get a named contact who knows their properties.
Who we hire
