Our Clean Standard process
The Zerago Clean Standard
The standard isn't something we describe. It's something we document. Every service we deliver is backed by the same quality system.
-
Estate Agent Standard
Full property deep clean — every room, every surface, every appliance — to estate agent checklist standard.
-
Documented Quality
Every claim on this website is backed by a paper trail. Every guarantee has a process behind it.
-
Specialist Detailing
Specialist dust removal, adhesive residue, paint haze, and detailed finishing to handover standard.
-
Hotel Presentation
Full property reset, hotel-standard bed presentation, linen rotation managed — all confirmed to you by photo.
-
Consistent Benchmark
Same cleaner. Same standard. Every visit. Your team works to a service-specific checklist on every job.
-
Inspection Evidence
Quality that means you can forward them to a landlord or use them as inspection evidence — no additional step required.
The six-point audit on every job
Before a job can be marked complete, the supervisor answers six yes-or-no questions about the clean. Any "no" needs a note explaining why. The audit sits alongside three other checks:
- The checklist for the service must be 100% ticked.
- Before and after photos must be taken.
- Every cleaner on the job must have clocked out.
Then a quality inspector reviews the job. If it passes, the inspector signs it off and the inspection is sealed — nobody can edit it afterwards. If it fails, a rework visit is booked automatically with the reason recorded, and you are never charged for it.
