Who we are looking for

We hire for two roles across Essex, Suffolk and London:

Cleaner

You work as part of a small team on homes, flats, holiday lets and offices — end of tenancy, deep, regular and after-builder cleans. Experience helps, but we train you on our checklists and standard.

Supervisor cleaner

You lead the team on site: you check the work against the checklist, take the before and after photos, complete the quality audit and mark the job complete. Previous cleaning or team-lead experience is useful.

What you get

  • Pay for every hour you work — clocked in and out on your phone, including any return visits. Pay is always at least the National Minimum Wage for your age.
  • Clear jobs, sent to your phone: what to bring, when to start, what the checklist covers and how to reach your supervisor.
  • Kit and products provided for each job, checked out and back in by our inventory coordinator.
  • Training on our checklists and the Zerago Clean Standard.
  • A team that checks the work, so good work is noticed and problems are fixed quickly.

How to apply

  1. Apply online with the form on this page and attach your CV if you have one.
  2. Short interview — we call you to talk about the role, your availability and the areas you can travel to.
  3. Documents — if we offer you a role, you upload your right-to-work document and any certificates in your own secure account.
  4. Start — once your documents are checked, you are set up in our app and can be offered jobs.

We keep applications from people we do not hire for two years, then delete them.
